  One of our SAAPE members, Shobha Raghuram was Member of the Working Group on 'Education and Child Labour' set up by the National Commission for the Protection of the Child, Govt of India (December 2007 –May, 2008). During this time a comprehensive report was prepared and presented to the NCPCR –"The Abolition of Child Labour, Social Exclusion and the Girl Child".
